AI Leadership
Lead confidently in an AI-driven world. Build the strategic understanding to evaluate AI opportunities, make informed decisions and guide responsible adoption across your organization. Learn how to connect AI with your existing expertise, leadership priorities and organizational goals without becoming a technical specialist.
Lead your organization through the AI shift.
AI Leadership equips executives, managers and public leaders with the strategic understanding needed to navigate artificial intelligence with confidence. The program focuses on the decisions leaders must make, including where AI can create value, what risks require attention and how adoption should support organizational priorities.
Participants learn to evaluate AI opportunities, identify practical use cases and ask better questions of technology teams, vendors and advisors. They will explore governance, ethics, privacy, bias, workforce readiness and change management without needing a technical background.
Across six weeks, each participant will develop an AI Leadership Action Plan grounded in their organization, sector or area of responsibility. The result is a practical roadmap for moving from AI awareness to informed, responsible action.
